This is non-guided rut hunt for Sitka Black Tail Deer and Wolves, with possibilities of fall Steelhead, Rainbow, Cutthroat trout, and Dolly Varden char fishing. Black bears are possible, however unlikely as most have bedded for the winter.

The weather will be inclement with temperatures in the 40s and rain likely.   Sunrise around 8:15am and sunset around 5:30pm . Hunters are not required to wear orange and may use rifles, muzzle loaders or bow. There is very little cell phone coverage on the islands and no internet available except in Ketchikan.

One night hotel accommodations in Ketchikan
Group Vehicle Rental including mileage, insurance, and fuel (only with groups of 2 or more).

Deer Tags- $150.00 each tag ( limit of 4 tags, buck only)
Optional Wolf Tags- $30.00 each tag (limit of 5 tags)
Optional 7/day fishing license- $30.00
50# fish and meat shipping boxes- $12.00 each
Coffee thermos and alcohol are not provided.

Departing Seattle October 28th- 3:00pm and returning to Seattle November 5 th 6:00pm
2nd Hunt
Departing Seattle November 4th- 3:00pm and returning to Seattle November 12 th 6:00pm

Fall deer hunts and/or guided steelhead fishing trips are available the week before and the week after these scheduled hunts. Custom and private hunt packages are available for deer, spring black bears, and guided spring steelhead fishing.
